Please note that if you are married or I am preparing the document for another person, I will need to speak to ALL parties individually before I can confirm I will represent anyone.  I do not mind speaking to a group, but ethically, there will be times when I have to speak to my client individually with only me and my client in the room.  

After your initial consultation, I will give a rough recommendation with pricing options unless you have a unique issue that will require me to do some research first to see which plan is best.  My pricing plans are almost identical to other local Elder Law attorneys in this area.  Please note that most planning options will cost less than 5% of your home's value.
